Fly fishing for trout in Idaho on the lakes or streams is also known as fly fishing for sport. Which envolves catch and realease. Many anglers enjoy fishing and don't even eat any fish. They break out the fly rod, waders and those very special fly's to accomplish a feat. When interviewed Kevin Johnson had this to day. "Fly fishing is as close to god as you can get on earth. For me fly fishing at Henry's lake or Island Park is among the highest regarded fishing for trout in Idaho that can be done. If I had 1 day left on earth I would spend it with my family fly fishing. My 13 year old son has a passion for it as well. He would actually rather catch a steelhead or rainbow trout on a fly then play video games." There is a new website called "The Green Fish Movement". The bible tells us to be good stewards of God's land!
